Key ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence to join the Founders Office team - a high-impact, strategic role for someone eager to drive change and partner closely with the leadership team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving strategy and execution of new projects and initiatives that align with business growth.- Lead market research and competitive and operational analysis to validate on-ground and market challenges and shape product success metrics.- Work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver a robust and scalable product.- Build, validate, and iterate the execution process with agility and data-driven decision-making.- Collaborate with internal leadership, cross-functional teams and external collaborators to secure resources and align priorities.- Develop financial models and playbooks, monitor KPIs, and ensure sustainability product growth via business functions.- Support leadership in identifying new business models, emerging market trends, and opportunities for expansion in the Proven experience in entrepreneurship or project management leading innovation projects.- High analytical skills, design thinking, tech orientation and strategic bent clubbed with good execution and implementation abilities.- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.- A builder's mindset - thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and moves fast.- Startup/scale-up mindset - BTech from Tier 1 institute will be preferred.
