**Job Description**:
The Basic responsibilities of Customer Success Associate will be:

- Corporate experience preferably in Fleet Management/Telematics/GPS Solutions
- Should be able to draft a BRD (Business Requirements Document) and get a sign-off from the customer.
- Should have consultative/entrepreneurial bent of mind to generate new leads and provide competitive benchmarking
- Should be able to collaborate and communicate with customer’s key stakeholders and manage their expectations, resolutions, escalations and solving problems
- Be open to travel, based on client needs, and be flexible to accommodate the client needs even in unforeseen situations.
- Should have a stable career track record in key account management/customer success roles
