Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for an Entrepreneur in Residence. The selected candidate will spearhead new business initiatives, develop and drive strategies, and identify growth opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include market research, launching pilot projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing resources effectively to meet project goals and deadlines. This is a strategic position designed for individuals looking to lead and innovate in a dynamic environment.

  • Project management and team collaboration skills for driving cross-functional initiatives.
  • Market research and data analysis skills to inform business strategies.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to articulate ideas and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting.
  • Prior experience in startup environments or business development is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
