**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Provide assistance and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to accurately address customer inquiries.
- Follow standard operating procedures and meet individual and team targets.
- Document customer interactions and update CRM systems as required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable working in a night shift schedule.
- Basic computer skills (familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in a BPO or customer support role is a plus but not mandatory.
