We are hiring International BPO Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International BPO Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for our BPO services in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to promote our BPO services
- Negotiate and close deals with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

**Requirements**:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in international sales, preferably in BPO or outsourcing
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth
- Strong understanding of international markets and business cultures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
