**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Your day-to-day task will include
- **Following up with Leads.**:

- Ensuring Service delivery on time.
- **Observe and Facilitate the entire sales cycle.**
- Explaining about the service and its USP to the respective clients.
- **Grievance / Complaints Handling.**:

- Providing best experience to the customer.
- **Any other relevant duty assigned by the respective manager.**

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED**
- A Bachelors/Masters Degree with at least 60 % marks (students who are currently pursuing their Degree can also apply).
- Students Currently Pursuing their degree : Will only be eligible for Internship for the given time duration.
- Students in the final semester or who have completed their degree : Will be eligible for a Full-Time Offer only after successful completion of the internship.
- Strong command over English and Hindi and a regional language both verbal and written.
- Excellent coordination skills to effectively communicate between the relevant stakeholders like vendors/clients, partners and the management team.
- Sound Knowledge of Tourist Destinations Domestic/International will be an added advantage.
- An organised and a focused individual who can solve potential problems proactively.
- Personal Travel Experience will be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Internship
