**PMO Executive (Immediate Joiner only)**

Reporting To
- Project Management Office

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all PMO operations
- Monitoring and tracking projects to ensure timely execution and completion
- Tracking the projects budget and tracking progress
- Analyze project data to identify areas of improvement
- Coordinating with vendors on project and resources activities.
- Conduct vendor performance reviews and SLA verification
- Validate estimations submitted by internal and external stake holders.
- Prepare project status reports for management review.
- Coordinating with project stakeholders on the status and progress of their projects
- Generate analytical reports for senior management on vendor and project performance
- Support risk identification, issue resolution, and escalation procedures.
- Ensure governance and compliance processes are adhered to across projects.

Critical competencies
- Strong Oral, Written communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of SDLC processes
- Clear understanding of project delivery and acceptance processes
- Experience in administration of project management frame works, processes, tools.
- Analytical ability with effective metric tracking and reporting
- Proficiency in MS Office tool set (Word, Excel and Power point)
- Working knowledge of SQL.

Internal
- Experience with project management tools (MS project, JIRA etc..
- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Person Profile
- B-Tech /MCA graduate
- Should be Prince 2 /CSM/ PMP/ Project management certified
- Min 4 years’ experience in project management
- Proven experience in handling multi
- stakeholder coordination and vendor management

Key Interactions
- Interaction with Sr. Management, Project Managers and key vendor coordinators.
- Collaboration with Vertical Head, lead, Business Analysts and Project Teams of SBI Life.
- Participation in vendor review meetings with senior management

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
