**Responsibilities**:

- Onboarding the clients onto the META-managed partner program.
- Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
- Noting important details of each conversation.
- Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts for onboarding
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
- Customer follow up

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a **Customer Support role**:

- Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred.
- Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
- Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.
- Should be able to work with a Team.
- Good at Computers.
- Should know microsoft excel very well
- **Languages** - Exceelent English & Hindi must. (Preferred to know more languages)

**Location**:

- Remote Work

**Salary** - Upto 2.5 LPA

**Experience** - 1 to 2 years
