Prepare Australia, Canada and UK files and lodge files. - Prepare Australia Embassy funds. - Arrange Canada/ UK file documents from counselors. - Arrange UK funds for embassy purpose, make balance certificates, co-ordinate with financers regarding funds, co-ordinate with marketing team regarding funds courier. - Arrange all countries hard copy of lodged files and maintain all month wise and ensure about the shipment of all files into Dugri office. - Prepare UK funds for CAS (Genuine of modified funds) - Co-ordinate & support GTE team regarding typical GTE problems in active GTE cases. - Co-ordinate & support refund team - provide death certificates, spouse refusal letters, fake offer letters for OSHC. - Follow up with counselors regarding account opening of students & grandparents cases, guide the students, provide checklist etc. - Deposit and withdraw funds follow up with Smart Study account team. - Make balance certificates of Union, Axis & Bandhan Bank, make loan letters and support account team. - Maintain the overall excels of all financers funds (Rajiv, Navi Ferozpur, Ankit Jalandhar, Smart study funds). - Arrange ICICI Bank kits of UK, Guide all branches, check all received documents and prepare proper set and courier to financers. - Follow up regarding the old case kits & amount refund to students.
