- To identify new accounts / upcoming projects and map product need and generate business.
- To manage the profitability of Key Accounts & develop client specific retention strategy in coordination.
- To Penetrating the market and making the customer aware of service/Product offerings & Understanding clients requirement and evolving creative solutions through product mix.
- To Interface with the Builders & Developers, Architects, Consultants for projects.
- Develop database for the territory for all influencers i.e. Builders, Architects, interior designers, Consultant etc.
- To mapping client user, influencer and approver profiles to facilitate relationship building and business development.
- Achieving the sales target and profitability targets for the defined geography.
- Assessment of Market Situation and Analysis of company performance in particular territories.
- To monitor order position and progress by coordinating with quality, production and logistics team and ensuing smooth functioning of the operations.
- Formulate sales strategy for assigned territory, develop sales forecast and provide inputs for annual budget.
- Business planning and participate with management in formulation of sales and annual plan.
- Market Intelligence and track competitor and product trends.
- Follow up for orders, Payments & reconciliation from Customer & ensure the required level of service to customers.
- Responsible for maintaining effective customer relationship & addressing customer complaints with a view to settling them to their satisfaction.
