**What you’ll be doing...**
- Mobile Full Stack developer responsible for complete software development life cycle, starting from conception till deployment, with android app development as major expertise on the front end
- Defining and own Design, Solution Architecture from definition phase to go-live phase.
- Defining reusable components/frameworks, common schemas, standards to be used & tools to be used and help bootstrap the engineering team.
- Defining End to End Customer Experience for a product and also identify opportunities through process centric approaches like Lean Six Sigma along with customer centric approaches like Design Thinking/ Service Design.
- Delivering Solutions with the organization priorities like Being Data Driven, In Sourcing, and Digital First approach incorporated.
- Managing the technical aspect of implementation and be a mentor for peers and other young professionals in the development team and work collaboratively with Vendor partners.
- Working closely with a talented and highly skilled pool of Software development Engineers, you shall be responsible to drive the next level of features, while guiding and mentoring the team.

People count on you to have strong domain and technical experience in digital Sales and delivery methods, and all aspects of production.

**You’ll need to have**:

- Bachelor’s degree and six or more years work experience.
- Four or more years of working in app development, as a medium of digital channel.
- Four or more years of development experience as a mobile full stack in Android app development (Compose & Kotlin), along with the expertise on Spring React/micro services.
- Exposure to prompt engineering and gen AI tools.
- Two or more years of experience in architecting technological solutions that help business or operational problems.
- Tech stack migrations in development experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

- Adoption of AI Aided development.
- Expertise on automation to expedite the implementation / execution
- Understanding and Technical expertise in DevOps and AWS.
