**What you’ll be doing...**

Designing and architecting for web solutions that delivers a seamless omni channel experience.

Evaluating and selecting the most suitable technologies and tools to improves omni channel experience and conversions with latest techniques such as Micro Frontends.
- Demonstrating Omni-channel thinking and engagement creation experience.
- Driving digital innovation by leveraging innovative new technologies and approaches to renovate, extend, and transform the existing technology base to optimize user experience
- Understanding complex architectures and clearly communicate those architectures at a technical level. Find areas of agreement, brainstorm solutions, and gain consensus and alignment on solutions.
- Evangelize and teach best practices, system design principles and adoption of new technology or techniques

**You’ll need to have**:

- Bachelor’s degree or two or more years of work experience
- Experience in Java/J2EE, Micro Services architecture & development, NextJS, Micro frontend with ReactJS, Session cache and ElasticSearch.
- Ability to translate business requirements into solutions/designs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a talent for explaining complex concepts simply.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and act as the primary point of contact.

**Even better if you have any of the following**:

- Hands on experience in PEGA(Case Management, NBX) and GenAI & Personalization capabilities.
- Hands on experience on AWS & Google Clouds.
- Experience on ForgeRock access gateway & identity management platforms.

**Where you’ll be working**: In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

**Scheduled Weekly Hours**: 40
