We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified English teacher to join our corporate team, specifically focusing on the digital marketing department. As an English teacher in this role, you will be responsible for to enhance their English communication skills, particularly in the context of digital marketing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement an English language curriculum tailored to meet the specific needs and requirements of digital marketing professionals.
- Conduct English language training sessions, workshops, and seminars tailored to employees within the specified department.
- Create dynamic and interactive learning materials, utilizing multimedia resources, to enhance engagement and facilitate effective learning experiences.
- Collaborate closely with digital marketing managers and team leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted language training programs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, integrating relevant content into language training sessions to ensure practical applicability.
- Monitor the progress of employees, regularly assessing their language proficiency levels, and adjust teaching strategies as needed to optimize effectiveness.
- Cultivate a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters active participation, collaboration, and continuous improvement among participants.
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in language teaching methodologies and incorporate innovative techniques into teaching practices to enhance learning outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Prior experience in teaching English as a second language, preferably within a corporate or professional setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with individuals of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
- Demonstrated proficiency in designing and delivering engaging and effective language training programs.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and tools for online instruction is advantageous.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development within both the fields of language instruction and digital marketing.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and requirements in a dynamic corporate environment.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to facilitating the language learning journey of others, particularly within the context of digital marketing.
