Overview:
The digital marketing trainer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs and workshops focused on various aspects of digital marketing. This role requires expertise in digital marketing strategies, tools, platforms, and techniques.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Curriculum Development:

- Develop comprehensive digital marketing training curricula based on industry best practices, emerging trends, and the organization's objectives.
- Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, handouts, case studies, and exercises.

2. Training Delivery:

- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars for individuals and groups, both in-person and online through the projecter.
- Utilize effective instructional techniques to engage participants and facilitate learning.
- Provide real-world examples and practical insights to illustrate key concepts and strategies.

3. Subject Matter Expertise:

- Stay updated on the latest developments in digital marketing, including changes to algorithms, new tools, and emerging trends.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for participants, offering guidance and advice on digital marketing strategies and tactics.

4. Evaluation and Feedback:

- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics.
- Continuously iterate and improve training materials and delivery methods based on feedback and evaluation results.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as marketing teams, HR departments, and senior management, to identify training needs and objectives.
- Communicate regularly with participants to provide updates, resources, and support outside of formal training sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners of varying skill levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with participants.
- Experience developing training materials and curricula, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
- Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:
