**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop, implement, and monitor creative social media marketing strategies to drive engagement and followers.
- Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) to achieve brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
- Create engaging content (posts, stories, reels, ad copies) aligned with the brand’s voice and marketing objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate reports to track ROI, reach, and engagement metrics.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the design and content team for creatives and marketing collaterals.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in **social media management and marketing**.
- Hands-on experience with **Meta Ads Manager** (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Strong understanding of campaign metrics, analytics, and performance tracking.
- Creative thinking with content development skills.
- Basic knowledge of tools like **Canva/Photoshop** (preferred).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

**Salary: 1.8 LPA to 3LPA**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Panchkula, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (required)
- Google Ads: 1 year (required)
