**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**: Develop creative and impactful graphic designs for various marketing and advertising materials, including brochures, social media posts, banners, advertisements, catalogs, packaging, and more.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure that all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels and platforms.
- **Creative Direction Support**: Collaborate with the Admin and marketing team to execute design concepts and contribute fresh ideas that help to elevate the brand’s aesthetic.
- **Product Visuals**: Assist in designing product mockups and presentation materials for new saree collections and promotional campaigns.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, photography, and content teams to bring campaigns to life and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
- **Revisions and Updates**: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make revisions as necessary to meet brand and marketing objectives.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Proven Experience**: 2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the fashion, têxtile, or e-commerce industry.
- **Proficiency in Design Software**: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), as well as familiarity with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
- **Understanding of Branding**: Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- **Creativity and Innovation**: A flair for creative thinking and problem-solving, with the ability to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in creating motion graphics and animations.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
