**Job Purpose**:
The graphic designer and video editor will play a vital role in the company's visual branding efforts. Collaborating with various teams, they will create engaging designs and edit videos that align with the company's branding strategy.

**Job Duties**:

- Designing and producing visual assets, including banners, social media graphics, brochures, and videos for training, branding, and marketing materials.
- Utilizing design software to produce high-quality graphics and videos.
- Ensuring all designs maintain a consistent visual identity and align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborating with different teams to understand their design and videography needs and deliver compelling visuals and videos accordingly.
- The task involves creatively editing and modifying existing content to align with marketing and branding goals.
- Staying updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices for graphic design and video editing.
- Assisting with digital marketing by creating graphics and videos suitable for various social media platforms.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Strong creative skills and a good sense of aesthetics for both graphic design and video editing.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their design and video requirements.

**Knowledge**:

- In-depth understanding of graphic design principles, color theory, typography, and video editing techniques.
- Knowledge of different types of graphic design, including print, web, UI/UX design, and video editing concepts.
- Ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs and compelling videos.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, mainly Illustrator and Photoshop, and video editing software.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms for digital marketing purposes.
- Understanding the target audience for designs and videos and the latest graphic design and video editing trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
