- **Identify staffing requirements**:Work with hiring managers to understand the needs of open positions, including required skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- **Schedule and coordinate interviews**:Arrange interviews with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders.

- **Stay updated on hiring trends**: Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies in recruitment.
- **Analyze recruitment metrics**: Track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
