**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and guide clients visiting the Experience Centre with professionalism and courtesy.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable product solutions from our extensive tile collections.
- Develop and manage strong business relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and tile dealers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Conduct showroom presentations, product demonstrations, and client consultations.
- Ensure the Experience Centre’s displays, ambience, and branding are maintained at the highest standards.
- Prepare quotations, manage sales documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
- Actively support marketing activities, promotions, and events for client engagement.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in showroom/retail sales, preferably in tiles, interiors, building materials, or related industries.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Professional grooming and attire with the ability to carry oneself confidently every day.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with high-profile clients.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, billing software)
