**Summary**:

- We are looking for a hands-on individual with a passion for building compelling customer experiences.

**Role & Responsibilities**:
(The roles & responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to)
- Provide support and clarification with inquiries related to Stress Control Online
- Assist in developing additional therapy programs for Silver Oak Health
- Keeping abreast of therapy-related professional developments in India and globally, as well as
- communicate to the Silver Oak Health management team
- Assist in the ongoing development of the Silver Oak Health online CBT training programs
- Deliver training programs to new hires (counselors) and support staff
- Assist in recruiting Counsellors, and train them in CBT and related modules
- Any other duties as assigned
- Some clinical work will be involved.

**Requirements**:

- M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology with RCI Certificate
- 2-5 years of counselling experience
- Must have excellent problem-solving abilities
- Must function under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to articulate and communicate Silver Oak Health’s mission and strategic direction in a
- consistent and enthusiastic manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Personal Characteristics:

- Direct and honest communication style with customers, support staff, management and
- executive teams
- Superior organizational and planning skills, written/verbal presentation, and the ability to
- present complex technical information, in a clear and concise manner to a variety of
- audiences
- Skills and personality to operate effectively in a very fast-paced complex business and fast
- growth business
