Job Summary:
**Job Title**: Clinical Psychologist

**Reports To**: Head of Psychiatry / Medical Director

**Job Type**: Full-Time / Part-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct psychological assessments, interviews, and observations to diagnose mental health conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic techniques (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT).
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with medical and ethical standards.
- Educate patients and families on mental health issues, coping mechanisms, and wellness strategies.
- Participate in case conferences, clinical meetings, and continuous professional development.
- Conduct research and stay updated on advancements in clinical psychology and therapeutic approaches.

**Qualifications**:
**Required**:

- Master’s or Doctoral degree (M.Phil./Ph.D./Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution.
- Valid license/registration as a Clinical Psychologist with [relevant governing body, e.g., RCI in India].
- 2+ years of clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or private practice setting.
- Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency in psychological testing tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred**:

- Experience working with specific populations (e.g., children, adolescents, elderly, trauma survivors).
- Training in specialized therapies (e.g., EMDR, mindfulness-based therapy).
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
