**Job Description**:
Shri Ram Furniture is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Associate to join our growing team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving business development for our modular kitchen, interior design, and furniture products. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and nurturing leads to generate new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target markets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a positive company image.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting activities.
- Effectively present our products and services to clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
