Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Associate role located in Mumbai. The Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the display of products reflects the brand's high standards. Additional responsibilities may include handling sales transactions, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to engage with customers effectively and provide excellent service.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or retail environments with a passion for fine jewelry and luxury products.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage inventory and ensure product displays meet brand standards.
  • Basic knowledge of handling point-of-sale (POS) systems and executing sales transactions.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to meet sales and service goals.
  • Prior experience in the jewelry or luxury retail industry is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic retail environment and adapt to varying customer needs.
  • Educational qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
