**What we expect you to do**:

- Edit and assemble raw video footage into compelling and visually appealing videos that effectively communicate our message.
- Collaborate with the production team and visualizer to understand project objectives and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the visual storytelling.
- Trim, arrange, and enhance video clips, incorporating transitions, graphics, animations, and sound effects as needed.
- Ensure consistency in style, tone, and branding across all video content.
- Independently manage video projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and impact of our video content.
- Make seamless performance ads, thumb-stopper videos for social platforms and engaging long form videos for YT, Meta etc.

**Qualifications**:

- 4-6 years of proven experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to tell compelling visual stories.
- Experience in editing short form content such as Instagram Reels/shorts, long form YT videos and case studies videos, podcasts etc.
- Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, photoshop).
- Good working knowledge of developing motion graphics. Basic animation a plus.
- Keen understanding of cloud editing environment.
- Solid understanding of video composition, colour grading, audio mixing, and visual effects.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail, with a passion for staying current with evolving industry trends.
- Experience with technical challenges and problem-solving needs in a video production environment. Ability to contribute in video production environment.
- Strong interest in video production technology and agility at learning new products and features.
- Exceptional professionalism and should be comfortable in hierarchy.
- Able to communicate difficult and sensitive information tactfully.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, diverse & demanding environment and copes well under pressure. Agency experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
