To help us tell our story and engage with our audience, we are looking for a talented Video Editor to join our creative team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content, including promotional videos, social media clips, product demonstrations, and customer testimonials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop video concepts and storyboards.
- Ensure all video content aligns with Flo Mattress’s brand guidelines and messaging.
- Enhance video content with graphics, special effects, and sound to improve quality and engagement.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality video content.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of video content.
- Organize and maintain a video library for easy access and retrieval of footage.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio of video editing work.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and output requirements for different platforms (e.g., social media, YouTube, websites).
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and receive feedback.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- Familiarity with the sleep industry or consumer products is a plus.
