**Job Summary**:
As a Video Editor at Realatte Ventures, you will be responsible for creating engaging video content that helps real estate brands connect with their audiences. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to bring ideas to life, from promotional videos to social media content and virtual tours. Your expertise in video production, editing, and storytelling will play a key role in enhancing our clients’ digital marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content, ensuring it aligns with the client’s brand and objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop video content for real estate projects, including property tours, promotional videos, and client testimonials.
- Add visual effects, motion graphics, and sound design to enhance video quality.
- Ensure all video content is optimized for various platforms including social media, websites, and presentations.
- Review scripts and create storyboards in collaboration with the team to ensure alignment with client goals.
- Work with voiceovers, background scores, and music selection for the videos.
- Stay updated on the latest video trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve the quality and creativity of content.
- Manage and organize video files, footage, and project archives.
- Edit short-form content for social media channels like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or real estate.
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and transitions.
- Experience with color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with various video formats, resolutions, and compression techniques for online platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
