Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Print orders and maintain proper records.

Create and manage sales invoices, purchase & expense entries, and inventory records using company software.

Generate shipping labels for outgoing shipments.

Coordinate with logistics companies and recipients to ensure timely delivery of shipments.

Track shipments until they are delivered and resolve any delivery issues by communicating with transporters or consignees.

Manage a team of packers and plan daily/weekly production schedules.

Communicate effectively with logistics providers, suppliers, and customers.

Maintain accurate inventory and transaction records.

Assist in smooth operational workflows related to inventory, packing, and shipping.

Qualifications & Skills:
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

Good verbal communication skills.

Ability to coordinate and follow up with multiple parties efficiently.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot delivery or dispatch issues.

Prior experience in logistics, inventory management, production planning, or administrative roles is preferred.

Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications in logistics, operations, or administration are a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
