Oversee housekeeping staff to ensure daily cleaning schedules are followed.
- Assign tasks and monitor performance.
- Conduct training sessions on cleanliness standards, safety protocols, and proper use of cleaning equipment.
- Ensure that work areas, restrooms, and common areas are clean and well-organized.
- Implement regular deep cleaning schedules and checklists.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and report any issues or damages to maintenance.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and reorder when necessary.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment is in working order and perform regular maintenance checks.
- Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling practices are followed.
- Coordinate with external vendors for waste collection if needed.
- Follow safety protocols to prevent hazards and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Provide first aid support when necessary and ensure staff is trained in emergency procedures.
- Keep records of cleaning schedules, inventory usage, and any maintenance issues.
- Report to the management regularly on cleanliness standards and any ongoing or potential issues.
- Work towards creating a clean and pleasant working environment that aligns with company standards.
- Implement rules for employee areas to encourage orderliness and hygiene.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
