**Designation: OT In Charge**

**Reports To Medical Superintendent**

**Job Role**:

- Oversee daily OT operations and coordinate surgery schedules.
- Supervise OT technicians, and support staff; manage duty rosters.
- Ensure sterilization protocols and infection control practices are strictly followed.
- Maintain OT instruments, equipment, and surgical inventory.
- Ensure adherence to hospital SOPs, NABH standards, and safety checklists.
- Support surgeons and anesthetists during procedures.
- Maintain accurate intra-op records and generate monthly OT reports.
- Coordinate with biomedical and housekeeping for OT readiness and upkeep.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
