**Position Purpose**

To provide support function to Treasury Business for Back office Activities. An end-to-end understanding of the various treasury business lines with a core focus on Forex Back office functions (i.e. processing, settlements, accounting, reconciliation and documentation). To have in-depth product knowledge and adequate regulatory knowledge for ensuring compliance.

**Responsibilities**

**Direct Responsibilities**
- Tracking and monitoring FX Merchant and Derivatives Underlying exposure documents.
- Tagging of trades to Anticipated or Contracted Exposure depending on the nature of exposure.
- Monitoring exceptions and raising due escalations in line with regulatory and internal guidelines/policies.
- Establish follow up routine with clients for documents.
- Timely reporting of Corporate deals (forward contract booking / utilization / cancellation) to CCIL.
- Printing, dispatch and tracking of confirmations to clients.
- Signature Verification of Deal confirmations.
- Follow up with clients for pending deal confirmations.

**Contributing Responsibilities**

Anti-Money Laundering / Financial Sanctions (?AML/FS?) related duties.
