A hotel receptionist's job is to welcome guests, answer questions, and provide administrative support. They are the first point of contact for guests and are responsible for making sure guests have a good experience. Responsibilities
- **Greeting guests**: Welcome guests and check their bookings
- **Assigning rooms**: Provide keys to guests and allocate rooms
- **Answering phones**: Take calls from guests and prospective customers, and take messages
- **Handling requests**: Respond to requests for help, information, and concierge services
- **Preparing bills**: Prepare room bills and ensure guests pay on time
- **Checking guests out**: Check guests out, take payments, and return deposits
- **Handling complaints**: Handle guest complaints, such as noise or room temperature
- **Administrative tasks**: Complete administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying
**Skills**:
- **Communication skills**: Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- **Customer service attitude**: Have a pleasant personality and be able to deal with emergencies
- **Time management skills**: Have good time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks
- **Organizational skills**: Have strong organizational skills and be able to manage multiple tasks
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
