Ø Scheduling the appointment in the Acuity Software by checking the OPD and OT Schedule of the particular Doctor and Department wise of NN1 and NN4.

Ø Handling the Emergency and Enquiries of NN1 and NN4 phone calls and scheduling it accordingly.

Ø Handling eye call related calls and informing the Eye Call Duty Doctor and Eye Call Driver.

Ø Following the respective scripts while scheduling the appointment for new patient, review patient, cross-consultation patients, evening OPD and Sunday OPD of NN1 and NN4.

Ø If the patients ask for any query regarding medications, surgery related queries we would connect it to the counselor of the respective department of NN1 and NN4.

Ø If the patients asks for any query regarding GP, case summary we would connect it to the respective floor manager of the respective department of NN1 and NN4.

Ø If the patient asks for any query regarding insurance, we would connect it to the insurance department of NN1 and NN4.

Ø Go through the NN1 and NN4 Lekhi for every review patient for scheduling the appointment.

Ø Scheduling the appointment for the missed calls of NN1 and NN4 patients by going through exotel.

Ø Preparing the daily report - call count according to department wise of NN1 and NN4 separately

**Salary**: Up to ₹180,000.00 per year
