Tostem Windows - manufacturers of Anodised Aluminium Doors and Windows, with patented texguard coating. The company imports products from one of the largest production facilities in the world - TOSTEM Thai Co. Ltd. (TTC) facility in Thailand, which is an integrated facility dedicated to the manufacturing of aluminium windows. Starting from the designing of new products, to the casting of alloy, extrusion, surface treatment, coating & fabrication - all is carried out in-house at TTC. Once the window production is completed at the TTC facility, these pre-engineered windows are transported to India, directly to the site. This ensures lastmile quality since these pre-engineered windows are supplied in a box, making assembly and installation at site quick and easy for large residential projects. We take pride in our 100 year old legacy, and would love to touch base with you to help you understand our offerings. **Job Summary**: The Installation Executive is responsible for supervising and executing the installation of aluminium doors, windows, partitions, and façade systems at client sites. The role involves ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to design specifications, safety compliance, and timely project completion while maintaining effective communication with clients, contractors, and the internal team. **Key Responsibilities**: - Supervise and assist in the installation of aluminium doors, windows, curtain walls, and related systems at residential or commercial sites. - Read and interpret architectural and fabrication drawings to ensure accurate installation. - Conduct site assessments and coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and clients to plan installations. - Ensure installation work is completed as per quality standards, specifications, and within deadlines. - Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues related to fitting, alignment, or product damage. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures on-site. - Report daily progress, challenges, and manpower requirements to the Installation or Project Manager. - Monitor material usage and report shortages or defects to the relevant departments. - Provide after-installation support, including adjustments and minor repairs, if needed. - Maintain proper documentation of installation checklists, client feedback, and sign-offs. **Requirements**: - ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or related technical field; or equivalent experience in aluminium systems installation. - Minimum 1-5 years of experience in aluminium door/window or façade installation. - Familiarity with tools, equipment, and installation techniques used in aluminium systems. - Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools with accuracy. - Strong problem-solving and on-site decision-making abilities. - Good physical stamina and willingness to work on-site, including at heights or scaffoldings. - Good communication and client-handling skills. - Knowledge of safety protocols in construction and installation environments. **Preferred Skills**: - Experience with systems from popular aluminium profile brands (e.g., Fenesta, Reynaers, Schüco, etc.). - Knowledge of glass handling and sealing materials. - Basic understanding of waterproofing and structural silicone glazing (SSG) methods. - Ability to lead small teams of technicians or helpers on site. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift - Morning shift - Weekend availability Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 15/07/2025
