Experience: 4 to 8 Years (Furniture/Interior Industry Only)

Qualification: Any Graduate

Salary Range: 25,000 To 35,000 per month

Location: Kirti Nagar(Delhi)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor from the furniture/interior industry who can handle on-site project execution, coordinate with teams and clients, and ensure timely delivery with quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor daily site activities related to furniture and interior installation.
  • Coordinate between production, design, and project management teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage carpenters, fitters, and other on-site labor to maintain workflow and quality.
  • Ensure installation is done as per approved drawings and client specifications.
  • Check material quality and quantity delivered to the site.
  • Prepare daily site progress reports and update management.
  • Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards.
  • Handle client coordination and resolve any on-site issues.
  • Verify measurements and support in billing or project closure documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 To 8 years of experience in furniture/interior site supervision (mandatory).
  • Good understanding of furniture installation, joinery, and modular systems.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and layouts.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Willing to travel and manage multiple sites if required.

Benefits:
