**Job Title: Fire & Safety Executive**

**Job Summary**:
As a Fire & Safety Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing fire safety programs and procedures to protect personnel, property, and the environment. You will ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards while promoting a culture of safety within the organization. Collaborating with various departments, you will assess fire risks, conduct inspections, and provide training to employees on fire safety protocols.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive fire safety policies, procedures, and protocols in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular fire risk assessments and inspections of facilities, equipment, and systems to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to develop emergency response plans, evacuation procedures, and fire drills.
- Provide training to employees on fire prevention, emergency response, and proper use of firefighting equipment.
- Maintain and inspect fire detection and suppression systems, including fire alarms, extinguishers, sprinkler systems, and emergency lighting.
- Investigate fire incidents, near misses, and safety concerns to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Keep abreast of changes in fire safety regulations, codes, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with external agencies, such as fire departments and regulatory authorities, to obtain permits, conduct inspections, and address compliance issues.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, records, and reports related to fire safety activities, inspections, and incidents.
- Participate in safety committees, meetings, and training sessions to promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
