EHS Officer

Job Summary:
NAEIPL is seeking an experienced and dedicated EHS Officer to manage environmental, health, and safety functions across our manufacturing plants in Sadatpura, Ahmedabad, and Luhari, Jhajjar. The EHS Officer will play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal standards, and industry best practices related to safety and environmental management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct IATF, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 audits and ensure plant compliance with these standards.
- Perform VSA (Vehicle Safety Assessment) audits to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Oversee and maintain EHS compliance records and documentation.
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs to reduce risks and maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular EHS training and awareness sessions for plant staff.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations regarding health, safety, and the environment.
- Perform risk assessments and advise on corrective actions for EHS issues.
- Assist in accident investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventive measures.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS management within the automotive press & weld parts manufacturing industry (Tier 1).
- Strong knowledge of IATF, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards, and VSA audits.
- Extensive experience in managing EHS compliance and maintaining relevant records.
- Proven ability to handle EHS audits and implement corrective actions.

Educational Qualifications:

- BE or ME (Environmental Science).
- Diploma or Post-Diploma in Industrial Safety.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
