**JOB DESCRIPTION**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven E-Commerce Executive to join our dynamic team. As an E-Commerce Executive, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our e-commerce business, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers while driving sales and profitability. You will work in a fast-paced, digital environment, collaborating with various departments to meet business goals.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Marketing: Manage and execute marketing activities to align products with the needs of the target market, driving engagement and sales growth.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Order Fulfillment: Coordinate order processing, delivery logistics, and returns to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations, ensuring optimal product availability.
- Product Listings: Create, manage, and optimize product listings across various e-commerce platforms to maximize visibility and sales.
- Catalog Management: Oversee catalog management processes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information is available across all platforms.
- Partner Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners, including suppliers, vendors, and logistics providers.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, etc.) and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving results.
