Executive - Cataloguing (E-commerce)

**Title**: Executive - Cataloguing (E-commerce Division)

**Role Overview**: The Executive - Cataloguing in the E-commerce Division is responsible for overseeing daily operations related to order fulfillment, product cataloging, and inventory management. This role supports the Head of E-commerce by ensuring smooth operational workflows, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts. The Assistant Manager will also handle various miscellaneous tasks and act as the second in command within the department.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Order Fulfillment**:

- Conduct daily follow-ups on the number of orders received and the current fulfillment status.
- Ensure timely dispatch of products to avoid any delays.
- Identify and resolve any issues in the order fulfillment process promptly.
- Coordinate with printing and packaging teams to streamline order processing.

**Product Cataloging**:

- Run Photoshop and Excel scripts to prepare product listings.
- Upload product information onto the online website accurately and efficiently.
- Perform regular updates and maintenance of the product catalog to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Work with the design team to update and improve product images and descriptions.

**Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels continuously to maintain optimal stock.
- Place reorders in a timely manner to prevent stockouts.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure smooth replenishment of inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to verify stock levels and address discrepancies.

**Customer Service**:

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to order issues, returns, and exchanges.
- Work with the customer service team to improve response times and customer satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

**Performance Monitoring**:

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order fulfillment, inventory turnover, and catalog accuracy.
- Generate regular reports to provide insights into operational performance and identify areas for improvement

**Quality Control**:

- Ensure that all products meet quality standards before dispatch.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to minimize errors and defects.

**Miscellaneous Duties**:

- Support the Head of E-commerce in various ad-hoc tasks and projects.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing activities and campaigns.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies and improvements.

**Second-in-Command Duties**:

- Act as the deputy to the Head of E-commerce, providing support and stepping in during their absence.
- Assist in leading and motivating the e-commerce team to achieve departmental goals.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to foster professional growth.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience if any in e-commerce operations, particularly in order fulfillment, product cataloging, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Excel, with the ability to run scripts and handle data efficiently.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing tasks and resolving issues.
- Experience in a print-on-demand (POD) environment is a plus.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
