**Business Title**: Program Associate / Junior Program Associate

**Role**:
The Program Associate is all administrative aspects of the program. Receives customer requests and prepares documents related to processing returns. To maintain and improve Program Management process and drive the Organization to meet the required KPI’s.

**Academic Qualification** / **Job Qualification**:

- Graduates with 3 - 4 years of experience or equivalent.
- Production Control or Customer Service Background will be preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all administrative aspects of the program.
- Works closely with the Program Manager and with various departments to meet program delivery goals.
- Maintains direct contact with customers and with operations personnel to ensure positive relationships are maintained and customer expectations are met.
- Receives customer requests and prepares documents related to processing returns (RMA).
- Receive and confirm orders from/with the customer.
- Insure daily order management through Customer Portals (XPC/P2P).
- As requested, attend weekly production/planning meetings.
- Work with various internal departments (purchasing, machine shop, etc.), other external Sanmina facilities, and any applicable suppliers to resolve material shortages for assigned customer orders.
- Assist to resolve any accounts receivable (AR) items.
- Active participation in EHS related activities like Identification of aspects and Impacts, HIRA, Emergency preparedness, continuous improvements etc and enable to report about hazardous situations to respective supervisor / department managers as required.

**Authority**:

- Authorized to take timely decisions through his / her market research information in preparing the presentation for the customers.
- Authorized to take quick decisions while handling the sensitive issues and the same can be discussed with the Program Manager for Implementation.
