**Role**:Program Associate
- Intern

**Job Type**: Internship (Selected interns will be converted to full time employees after the internship period. Conversion to full time will depend on the performance during the internship period)

**Qualification**: Any Relevant Graduation/Post Graduation

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and oversee value-added programs that support student success including tutoring, mentoring, communications/writing support, and onboarding services.
- Develop and oversee the new student onboarding process, orientation, and integration into the applicable programmatic cohort
- Prepare appropriate reports, monitor and report on student retention data, prepare trend analysis and project student retention to be used in strategic decision making/planning and assure the maintenance of accurate student records and files.
- Collaborate with faculty and academic administration to assess programmatic, course and student outcomes and develop and implement improvement plans.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel, provide technical direction and guidance.
- Assisting with the creation and implementation of the policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Recording attendance at the sessions and updating records when needed.
- Ensure to track and initiating reminder calls for their regular task and assignment submissions.
- Responsible for helping the learners with the batch and course swap process.
- Acting as mediator between the learners and institute to help them with all the queries.
- Readiness to work on rotational shifts and adapt to flexible working hours.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills verbally and written.
- Strong Organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills to resolve issues with student records, scheduling
- conflicts or other administrative tasks.
- Team Player

**Note**:
Languages : Tamil and English mandatory

Well versed in MS Excel and presentations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
