**Job Description: Inside Sales Representative - AWS Cloud**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:

- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads.
- **Sales & Customer Engagement**:

- Engage with prospects to understand their cloud requirements and recommend AWS solutions.
- Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address customer queries.
- Follow up on leads and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Account Management**:

- Maintain and update CRM with sales activities, lead status, and customer interactions.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
- **Market & Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated with AWS cloud services, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Participate in AWS training and certifications to enhance product knowledge.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in **inside sales, IT sales, or cloud solutions sales**.
- Knowledge of **AWS cloud services** and cloud computing concepts is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and meet sales targets.
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,204.90 - ₹41,408.72 per month
