We are looking for a Compliance Officer with VEU (Victorian Energy Upgrades) experience, preferably someone who has worked with Australian campaigns related to VEU before.

**Job Type**: Fulltime

**Shift**: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST & Alternate Saturday’s

**Expected Start Date**: As soon as possible

**I. COMPANY OVERVIEW**

Renewable Energy Upgrade (REU) is Victoria's most trusted Renewable Energy Upgrade Company. We mainly help clients save energy and money by offering to install energy-efficient products under the Victorian Energy Upgrade program (VEU) - an initiative taken by the Victorian State Government with a vision to deliver an energy-efficient and productive economy for Victoria.

REU helps Australian commercial businesses and residential homes switch to energy-green product fixtures to help save them money on their energy usage & achieve a better energy rating. Our products include solar panels, LED lights, shower heads, exhaust fan seals, door seals, etc. We focus on customer service and assisting people in choosing the right Solar System for their budget.

**II. ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a Compliance Officer for VEU, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our organisation adheres to all regulatory requirements related to emission reductions. You will work closely with various departments to monitor, assess, and report on our environmental compliance efforts.

**III. JOB DESCRIPTION**

We are looking for a Compliance Live Auditor. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
A. Live audit (Desktop & Phone Audit)
- Desktop Audit - Auditing the jobs completed by the installer on the spot and in case of any error getting it corrected by the installers
- Phone Audit - Customer confirmation on the installation
- Updating day-to-day live audit status in Google sheet

B. Virtual Product Training

C. Reports
- Daily report, Weekly report, Decom report & Weekly submission report.
- Tracking project progress and reporting in weekly team meetings;
- Creating and managing partner files and registers;
- Timely and accurate communication to internal and external stakeholders.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
