**Role: Customer Relationship Management**
**Role**
- A Customer relationship management specialist managing company CRM software which company uses to manage and analyze customer interactions and data to maximize the efficiency of CRM team with proper implementation of coordination and process within the service team.
**Required Skills**:
1. Technology skill in CRM software.
2. Analytical and data driven.
3. Develop customer relationship.
4. Dealing with complaints & Feedback.
5. Ability to work well with a team.
6. Problem solving aptitude.
7. Ability to develop CRM Plans.
**Responsibility Deliverable**
1. Collecting and analyzing customer data.
2. Using CRM system to manage relationship.
3. Developing new ways to meet customer’s need handling Customer complaints
4. Develop new scheme to attract new customer
5. Customers feedback on review sites.
6. Collaborating with sales service and customer service to improve the customer experience.
7. Manage the tasks and schedule for all planning, mailing analysis and forcasting
8. Stock keeping of our inventory
**Educational & Experience Skill**
.Education has to be B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical and above. PG degree will be given Preference.
- Experience in Back End operations / CRM shall be given preference.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
