Job Title: CRM Executive
Location: New Patliputra Colony, Patna
Reports to: CEO
Job Purpose: The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer databases, executing marketing campaigns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement through effective use of CRM software and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Database Management: Maintain and update customer databases including with CRM Portal Data.
Segment customer data for targeted marketing activities.
Ensure data cleanliness and accuracy.Reporting and Analysis: Handle customer queries and complaints through CRM Portals in a timely and effective manner and quick respons on complaints calls.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of campaigns with business goals. Generate regular reports on CRM metrics, such as campaign effectiveness, customer acquisition, and retention rates.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that drive decision-making.Customer Engagement:
Implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention.
Personalize communications based on customer preferences and behaviors.CRM System Administration:
Administer CRM software and ensure its smooth operation.
Customize CRM system settings and configurations to meet business requirements.
Provide training and support to users on CRM functionality and best practices.Compliance and Security:
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations in all CRM activities.
Maintain data security and confidentiality protocols.Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a CRM Executive or similar role, preferably in a B2B and B2C environment.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and marketing automation tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Desirable:
Certifications in CRM platforms or digital marketing.
Understanding of customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
