QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT - BA / MA in Psychology or Counselling

RESPONSIBLE FOR: Marketing, Sales, Monitoring, and Counselling. Timely Execute all the Marketing & Sales, Monitoring & Evaluation processes with guidance from the head of schools. Preparing analytics with the head of the business. To collaborate with the head of content for product-related content and recordings. To follow up with the leads generated on daily basis. To facilitate workshops, and B2C events, and conduct demos.
OVERVIEW OF ROLE: Daily back-end check-in of the app. Daily activities to generate and follow-up with leads in various domains. Analytics and report writing in collaboration with the head of business at three levels: teachers, students, and parents. Collaborate with the head of content & creative coordinator for illustrative representation of the data. Track the feedback generated and its execution in the product & services in collaboration with the senior team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To report to the head of schools daily about the smooth functioning of the app from the back-end user interface in collaboration with the IT team (Kunal/Prashant).
Schedule, invite, and quarterly carry out the Feedback & NPS processes at three levels: Students (via workshops or surveys), teachers, and parents. Maintaining a calendar for the same.
Maintaining NPS data, feedback, and reviews for comparative analysis.
To write product-related content and record it.
To carry out B2C events and follow up with the leads generated.
To collate data and follow up with leads for B2C & B2B.
To take actionable steps to achieve targets stated by Manager.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
