**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Transcribe the prescription form and Medicine Chart
- Observation, Medical Complaints & risk assessment notes in patient’s file.
- Maintain the over Register
- Medical consultation in other hospital
- Inhouse consultation
- Pick up of involuntary admissions
- Arrange the pick up team
- RTMs Therapy
- Psychoeducation regarding patient’s abnormal reports
- Doctor round in morning & night
- Team Member in ECT Therapy
- Psychoeducation regarding major medical illness like HCV, ALD, THYROID etc.
- General Medical core of patients
- Arrange the medicines & blood investigations in night times
- Medicine checking in morning, afternoon & night.
- Prepare the DISCHARGE/LAMA summary
- Prescribe the medicine on practo at the time of DISCHARGE/LAMA
- Handle emergency in night times
- Admitt the patient in night time with the permission of consultant
- During admission taking history & search of patient in night time
- Adjustment in sport sessions of patients
- Making phone call for patient in night times while psychologists are not in hospital & other excess
- Solve dietry issues at night times
- Complaint counselling regarding medicines
- Diasulfirum & naltrexone concept regarding Psychoeducation
- Some psychological scales like EPS Scale, EHS, etc.
- Physical examination & patient induction during admission
