**Position Overview**:
We are looking for psychologists to provide online therapy & counselling sessions to individuals facing a variety of mental health issues. As part of our online counseling team, you will conduct virtual sessions, deliver evidence-based therapies, and offer guidance to clients experiencing emotional, psychological difficulties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one sessions through secure audio platforms.
- Conduct intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to clients' needs.
- Offer evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others, to help clients cope with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress, and other mental health challenges.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records, following ethical and legal standards.
- Stay informed on the latest research, trends, and best practices in online therapy and mental health care.
- Collaborate with other team members when needed to ensure comprehensive care.
- Support clients in developing coping strategies and achieving their therapeutic goals.
- Be responsive and flexible to client needs while managing a remote workload.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in psychology or a related field.
- Active, valid state/provincial licensure to practice psychology (license to practice independently).
- Proven experience in providing psychotherapy and conducting assessments (online therapy experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and online counseling tools.
- Expertise in therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients remotely.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations such as HIPAA or other applicable standards.
- Excellent organizational skills and self-motivation to manage remote work.
- Compassionate, non-judgmental, and client-focused approach to therapy.
