We’ll train you to source, screen, and place top IT talent across the US market while working in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Who Can Apply
- Fresh graduates (BBA, MBA, B.Tech, or equivalent)
- Willingness to work **night shifts** aligned with US time zones (EST/CST)
- Basic understanding of IT terminology is a plus—but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities
- Understand US work authorizations (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC)
- Collaborate with senior recruiters and account managers for successful placements

- Hands-on training in recruitment tools and platforms
- Exposure to real-time client requirements and hiring processes
