**Staffbee Solutions Pvt Ltd** Is looking for **US IT Recruiter (Fresher ) **who is comfortable working **Night shifts **( 6:00 Pm to 3:00 Am IST)

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US.
- Learn the technical requirements of various positions, do research as needed, and submit consultants’ profiles that match these criteria in a timely manner.
- Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in specified regions.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placement.

**Eligibility**
- Any Bachelors degree with a minimum of 50% In overall academics is eligible
- Freshers can apply

**Skills**:

- Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude.
- Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced & metrics-driven environment.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
