The equity dealer is responsible for executing buy and sell orders for stocks and other equity securities on behalf of clients or the employing firm. The role involves making quick and informed decisions based on market trends, client instructions, and investment strategies to maximize returns and minimize risks.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Execution: Execute buy and sell orders for equities, ensuring timely and accurate trades.

2-.Market Analysis: Monitor financial markets, analyze market trends, and stay updated with news and events that could impact stock prices.

3- Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their investment goals and provide advice on equity trades.

4- Portfolio Management: Assist in managing client portfolios by recommending buy/sell actions based on market conditions and research.

5- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with equity trading, adhering to risk management policies and procedures.

6- Compliance: Ensure all trading activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

7- Reporting: Maintain records of trades and prepare regular reports on trading activities, performance, and market conditions.

8- Collaboration: Work closely with research analysts, portfolio managers, and other financial professionals to develop and implement trading strategies.

9.Receive calls from clients and execute orders as a trader/dealer

10. Read research reports and share views with clients to
collaborate and make an easy trading process with customers

11. Conduct meeting with clients as part of client servicing and
cross-selling other financial products

12.Understand the market updates for the day to provide
accurate information to the client

13. Profile customers based on their investment trends and past
